Chemo Caps for Kids
One of the most gratifying programs we’re involved in is Chemo Caps for Kids—a homegrown effort that unites people from across our community in knitting and crocheting hats to help children cope with the hair loss caused by cancer treatment.
We started in 2009, and the effort continues today. We invite you to watch the video below to see how it all began—and how it continues to expand, embracing greater numbers of families all across our country.
We invite you to get involved! Check out these how-tos, patterns, and other resources. Or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
