Commonwealth Financial Network® Named All-Star Research Managers by Financial Advisor and Private Wealth Magazines
Waltham, MA (November 14, 2013)—Financial Advisor and Private Wealth magazines have once again named key staff at Commonwealth Financial Network® to their third annual All-Star Research Managers team. The five are Brad McMillan, chief investment officer; Simon Heslop, senior vice president, asset management; Brian Price, director, asset management; Jim McAllister, manager, investment research; and Meagan Swanson, senior fixed income analyst.
“These five standout individuals are part of a department that functions as a consultative segment of Commonwealth, and are relied upon to provide superior customized research, analysis, and advice to our advisors and their clients,” said Wayne Bloom, Commonwealth’s CEO. “I am pleased to see their dedication rewarded through this much-deserved recognition, and I am proud of the work ethic they put forth and the level of value they consistently provide our advisors.”
The magazines’ All-Star team recognizes a cross-section of research professionals, nominated by their peers, who help shape the makeup of client portfolios. The team was honored at the Third Annual Fiduciary Gatekeeper Research Manager Summit, sponsored by Financial Advisor and Private Wealth, October 24—25 at the Hyatt Regency in Boston.
Bloom also noted, “Again this year, of all the firms whose analysts were named to this team, Commonwealth is the only firm with five individual all-stars. Our institutional-quality research is critical to our advisors’ ability to serve their clients, and we’re gratified to see this longstanding commitment upheld through this year’s honorees.”
