KC Olsen, Director, Virtual Administration Program

KC Olsen is director of Commonwealth’s Virtual Administration program. With the firm since November 2019, she oversees and supports the Virtual Administration team in its efforts to provide indispensable service to the offices they serve. She is responsible for developing department initiatives, overseeing strategy and service expansion, and fostering interdepartmental collaboration and team development.
