Jessica Mellos is the director of M&A consulting and services at Commonwealth. With the firm since early 2022, Jessica supervises, strengthens, and organizes M&A support for Commonwealth advisors. She manages liquidity offerings for those approaching succession, with a focus on streamlining and enhancing the M&A program. Jessica also conducts M&A consulting engagements for complex cases and guides buyers and sellers through the end-to-end acquisition process.
