I feel that our affiliated advisors are the ones who truly deserve most of the accolades for their perseverance in serving their clients throughout such a challenging period."

Bloom continued, "The pandemic had a tremendous impact on how we serve and interact with our community of independent advisors. But with a robust technology suite, a strong business continuity plan, and a mindset rooted in indispensability, we were able to adapt to the changes quickly."

"We were also grateful for our long-standing investment in feedback protocols that were instrumental in providing our advisors an effective communication channel to ask questions and offer suggestions so we could make adjustments on the fly as the crisis evolved," Bloom added. "We could not be more grateful for their partnership and take great pride in consistently providing the proper support to help them run their business their way—while we focus on earning the additional 64 points that our advisors deserve!"
