Commonwealth Expands Industry Leadership with Vice President, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer

Scarlett Abraham Clarke brings 10+ years of experience to lead the firm's diversity and inclusion efforts

Waltham, MA (October 20, 2020)—Commonwealth Financial Network®, a national firm dedicated to providing advisor-focused business solutions, announces Scarlett Abraham Clarke has joined the firm as its first vice president, chief diversity and inclusion officer, effective October 19, 2020. This position is part of Commonwealth's continued commitment to diversity and inclusion and to creating an environment where everyone is valued and can thrive.

Abraham Clarke will be responsible for D&I initiatives across Commonwealth as well as for influencing and managing change in support of Commonwealth's talent strategy. Abraham Clarke brings more than 10 years of industry experience; most recently, she served as senior director, diversity and inclusion, at Bright Horizons. Additionally, she sits on the board of directors of both the New England Human Resources Association (NEHRA) and MediaGirls.

Abraham Clarke will report to Jane Moyer, senior vice president, chief human resources officer, who joined the firm earlier this year.
