As a member of our Service Center, the candidate will become part of a fast-paced environment, servicing phone calls from our financial advisors across the country. The position requires extensive phone work—logging into our phone system approximately up to seven hours per day­—and answering all operational inquiries from our financial advisors pertaining to their clients’ investment accounts with our firm. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communications skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and superb problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in brokerage industry
  • Series 7 securities license preferred, or candidate must be willing to take and pass the test
  • Prior experience with FBSI and Streetscape (National Financial Services applications) and Thomson ONE preferred, but not required
