Service Center Associate
The Service Center serves as the "one-stop shop" for all operations-based calls from advisors—either by answering the question immediately or coordinating with departments throughout the company to resolve problems.

As a service center associate, your responsibilities would include:

  • Becoming part of a fast-paced environment committed to providing indispensable service
  • Logging into our phone system six hours per day to answer operational inquiries from our advisors—everything from establishing an account to researching the most complicated corporate action
  • Providing indispensable service to our advisors and their staff so they, in turn, can provide indispensable service to their clients

The ideal candidate would also meet the following requirements:

  • 4 or more years’ experience in the financial services industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability and desire to work as part of a team
  • Superb problem-solving skills
  • Previous inbound call center experience
  • FINRA Series 7 registration a plus
  • Prior experience with FBSI and Streetscape (National Financial Services applications) preferred
