Office Services Manager
The Office Services department manages everything that keeps our home offices running, including the reception areas, mail processing, in-house kitchens, and our entire physical plant.

As office services manager, your responsibilities would include:
- Hiring, training, and motivating staff; delivering performance feedback
- Overseeing mailroom activities, including receipt, sorting, and distribution of incoming mail; preparation of outgoing mail and express services; receiving docking shipments
- Consulting with internal customers on printing, mailing, or fulfillment projects handled onsite or contracted to an outside vendor
- Planning, allocating, and monitoring daily workflow; managing department schedule to ensure commitments are met
- Maintaining inventory system for supplies
- Maintaining department records
- Supporting the facility maintenance needs
The ideal candidate would also meet the following requirements:
- 5 or more years of management experience
- Prior experience in an office services environment
- Superior teambuilding abilities
- Able to maintain a positive, high-energy environment while upholding department standards and promoting continual process improvement
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask and adapt to fast-changing priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of current postal regulations, preferred
- Knowledge of Pitney Bowes DM 1000, DocuMatch, or competitive mailing equipment helpful
- Experience with SMARTMailer and Arrival software, a plus
