Document Services Associate
The Document Services department is responsible for imaging, storing, and retrieving all documents related to clients’ investment business.

As a document services associate, your responsibilities would include:

• Prepping, scanning, and indexing most of Commonwealth’s incoming mail
• Ensuring the quality of all images
• Assisting in the implementation of workflow changes
• Taking on additional responsibilities as needed
  

The ideal candidate would also meet the following requirements:

• PC-literate
• Fast and accurate keyboarding skills
• Process-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Open and friendly demeanor
• Excellent, demonstrated attention to detail
• Quick learner
• Flexible
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Supervisory experience, a plus
