As data integrity analyst, your responsibilities would include:

Do you have a passion for solving problems and improving processes? Commonwealth is looking for a customer service-oriented individual to join our Data Integrity department, which supports our Operations and Technology areas.

The position requires learning the basics of all operations and of troubleshooting for internal and external Web-based data issues. Other responsibilities include maintaining, reporting, and analyzing client, account, product, and sponsor data.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is superb at understanding the big picture but who also likes to tackle the small, everyday problems within it. As this department grows and evolves, you will have the chance to step up and wear many hats.

The ideal candidate would also meet the following requirements:

Superb orientation toward detail
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Knowledge of website and database functionality, a plus
Two years of helpdesk, call center, or technology experience, preferred
Confident, team-oriented, resourceful self-starter
