Clients Access Portfolios Online Using Investor360°SM
Commonwealth Financial Network Launches New Proprietary Client Account Platform

Waltham, Mass. (May 30, 2006) — Clients of Commonwealth Financial Network’s financial representatives can now view their portfolios online using Investor360°SM, Commonwealth’s new proprietary client account platform. Investor360º is made available through their financial representative’s Web site and contains such data as balances, positions, transactions, account information, consolidated statements, and more.

"By providing a holistic view of an investor’s entire financial life, our representatives are giving their clients the opportunity to stay on top of their accounts and become more informed investors," said Darren Tedesco, Commonwealth’s director of business systems and strategic development.

Investor360° allows clients to monitor their investment positions, including those in accounts held at fund families and insurance companies; view their historical transactions; and get price quotes for traded securities. Clients can also manage administrative options and reset their login passwords, without having to contact their financial representative. And they can log on to Investor360° from virtually any Internet connection, as the program is compatible with today’s most popular Internet browsers.

"With the added flexibility and options available in Investor360º, compared with traditional online account tools, we believe our representatives will benefit from greater client retention and loyalty to their firms," said Tedesco.

Accounts are automatically displayed in Investor360º based on the social security number provided at setup. New accounts are automatically added to an ID with a matching social security number, eliminating the need for ongoing ID maintenance by the financial representative.

For representatives using Commonwealth’s EasySite Web site program, Investor360° will be an extension of their online brand by delivering information in the color scheme and format that matches their Web site.

"From my clients’ perspectives, Investor360° is logical and intuitive," said Lisa Keaton, a Commonwealth representative and principal of Capital Financial Planning, Inc. "It is very easy for clients to create and reset passwords and view up-to-date personal information. There is essentially no learning curve."

As Investor360° is a Commonwealth-based system, future enhancements can be achieved quickly to respond to representatives’ clients’ needs and changing market conditions.
